Waiver Summary Text: The Little Devils website, SportsPlus App and Social Media pages are tools to communicate with players, parents, coaches, prospective new members, and the community in general. To enhance this experience, we may use photos to show member involvement in various activities. In some cases, Athletes' names are also used. The athlete's name will never be used in conjunction with the photo unless separate permission is given. In an effort not to offend anyone or raise any legal issues, we are requiring permission from the parent/guardian to show players faces or use their name on the website. This will not apply to action photos of football players in full gear as identification would be very difficult. This is merely a precautionary measure to protect the children as well as Little Devils.
